Refund policy


Criteria to return an item:

Goods must be in their original and undamaged packaging.
The original purchase order must be present. 
Goods must be in a sealable condition.
Goods must be unopened and unused. 
Refunds will only be made in the same tender as the purchase tender.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All returns need to be returned in the original packaging, proof of purchase – delivered invoice or electronic receipt provided by Tool Trader online.

Please do not send your purchase back to the Manufactures directly. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery. 

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will contact you.

Refunds (if applicable)
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
