RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY

RETURNS

Criteria to return an item:
The original purchase invoice must be present. 
The original proof of payment must be present.
The merchandise must be in a sealable condition. 
Refunds will only be made in the same tender as the purchase tender.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All returns need to be returned in the original packaging, proof of purchase – delivered invoice or electronic receipt provided by ToolTrader.co.za.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery. 

Exchanges ( If Applicable )

We will only excahnge items if they are damaged or defective. Please inform us in writing with picture of the damaged items on support@tooltrader.co.za.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Refunds (if applicable)
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
